Driven, communicative and solution-oriented

• You are the first point of contact for customers around questions and incidents within our ERP software.
• You answer functional and technical customer queries via phone, e-mail and the ticket system.
• You analyse customer problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the right team where necessary.
• You support implementation projects and roll-outs of our ERP solutions.
• You provide onboarding and training for new ERP users.
• You identify structural bottlenecks and actively contribute to process improvements.
• You contribute to the expansion of our knowledge database and customer support documentation.

• You have an undergraduate or graduate degree, preferably in IT, business management or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems, customer service or software implementation is a plus, but not a requirement.
• You like varied work and excel in customer-oriented communication, both in Dutch and English.
