About the Internship

As an HR Intern at Bestmix Software, you’ll be immersed in the full HR journey – from onboarding to payroll – and play an active role in shaping how we support our global teams. You’ll be part of a committed and welcoming HR team, working closely with professionals across departments.

The assignment

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to HR improvement projects (e.g. employee engagement, salary transparency, career framework)
• Describe and optimize our HR processes in different areas (going from recruitment to payroll to yearly salary reviews to ...)
• Support day-to-day HR operations (email management, recruitment support, payroll assistance)
• Help optimize our talent attraction and recruitment processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and provide HR support across departments
• If you have interests in a particular field of HR, we can think together of interesting assignments depending on your preferences

What You’ll Learn

• A mix of hard and soft HR skills
• How to navigate practical and legal aspects of HR
• Practical experience with HR tools and systems

• You’re currently studying in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
