As we continue to scale and professionalize our commercial organization, we are looking for a Manager Customer Success to build and lead a high-impact customer success function. This role is critical to ensuring long-term customer value, high product adoption, and sustainable revenue growth within our existing customer base.
Customer Success at BESTMIX is a growth engine, not a support function. This role sits at the intersection of customer experience, commercial expansion, and product adoption, ensuring our customers fully realize the value of our solutions while identifying and driving up- and cross-sell opportunities.

Role Purpose
As Manager Customer Success, you will be responsible for defining and executing the customer success strategy across the entire customer lifecycle — from onboarding and training to adoption, expansion, and long-term retention.
You will build scalable structures, processes, and metrics, while leading and enabling the Customer Success team to act as trusted advisors to our customers and a key driver of recurring revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success Strategy & Leadership
Define and implement a global Customer Success strategy aligned with BESTMIX’s growth objectives.
Lead, develop, and build out a high-performing Customer Success team with a clear focus on value creation, adoption, and expansion.
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and success metrics across the customer lifecycle.
Customer Onboarding & Adoption
Own and continuously improve structured onboarding and training programs to ensure fast time-to-value for new customers.
Drive high adoption levels across BESTMIX solutions by promoting best practices and advanced use cases.
Partner closely with our Industry Icons, Delivery, and Customer Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Growth & Expansion
Identify, prioritize, and drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
Work closely with Sales to execute expansion strategies and ensure smooth commercial handovers.
Position Customer Success Managers as commercial enablers who proactively unlock customer growth potential.
Customer Retention & Value Realisation
Monitor customer health, satisfaction, and engagement using data-driven insights.
Proactively manage renewal risks and develop retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
Act as executive sponsor for key strategic customers where needed.
Process, Data & Tooling
Design and implement scalable Customer Success processes, playbooks, and governance.
Define and track KPIs such as adoption, retention, NRR, expansion revenue, and customer health.
Ensure consistent and high-quality CRM usage (HubSpot) for transparency, forecasting, and reporting.
Key Focus Areas
Adoption: Ensure customers fully leverage BESTMIX solutions to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Expansion: Turn customer success into a predictable source of growth through structured up- and cross-sell.
Scalability: Build repeatable, data-driven processes that scale with the business.
Customer Advocacy: Create long-term partnerships that lead to loyalty, renewals, and references.
Alignment: Strong collaboration across Sales, Product, Services, and Support.

Experience & Skills
Proven experience leading a Customer Success/Account Management Team, or similar function in a SaaS or software environment.
Strong commercial mindset with experience driving expansion revenue within an existing customer base.
Demonstrated ability to build and scale teams, processes, and operating models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including C-level interactions.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality — comfortable switching between vision and execution
Tools & Tech Stack Knowledge
CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce or similar
Customer Success Tools: Customer health scoring, adoption tracking, or lifecycle management tools (experience is a plus).
Analytics & Reporting: KPI dashboards, Power BI or similar tools.
Office & Collaboration: Strong MS Office / Excel skills; experience in data-driven decision-making.
