Key responsibilities

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Actively participate in, coordinate, and initiate DevOps projects

• Scale and optimize infrastructure to support growing product demand

• Ensure high availability, performance, and cost optimization of solutions

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in an organized and efficient way

Collaboration & Architecture

• Work closely with architects and system engineering teams

• Align infrastructure and DevOps practices with product and business needs
  
  

Security & Compliance

• Implement and validate security best practices across infrastructure

• Ensure compliance with security standards such as SOC2 and ISO

Team & Leadership

• Operationally coordinate and guide other DevOps Engineers

• Coach development teams in DevOps-related practices

• Act as a technical reference point within the team

Technical Skill Set

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Cloud platforms: Azure

• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Bicep

• Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

• Design, setup, and maintenance of stable CI/CD pipelines

• Automation and standardization of processes

• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash

• Monitoring, observability, and scalability of applications
